Rolac Contracting, Inc. provides quality design-build and general contracting services to the private and public sectors. Our professional, office and field employees are dedicated to quality, safety, timeliness and value, and take pride in bringing projects to completion on time, to specification and within budget.
Rolac Contracting, Inc. employs project managers, quality control system managers, an office engineer and contract administrator as well as sufficient field superintendents to properly respond to and man multiple projects simultaneously. We are fully capable of completing a variety of general contracting tasks without the use of multiple subcontractors; however, we have working relationships with a number of reputable, skilled subcontractors whom we hire when project cost and/or schedule warrants.
In addition, Rolac Contracting, Inc. has the bonding capabilities and financial assets to bid, finance and construct most projects within its home region.
